WANAN's design and manufacturing of thermosetting powder coatings is certified to IATF 16949:2016 by CQC (IATF No. 0592990, 23 December 2025 – 22 December 2028, no permitted exclusions). Quality, environmental and occupational-health systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 by QAC (6 August 2025 – 7 August 2028). The in-house testing center is accredited by CNAS (L15415) to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 until 12 September 2027.

The CNAS-accredited testing center

WANAN's testing center in Zhangzhou runs the coating tests behind every TDS: gloss (ISO 2813), impact (ISO 6272-2), bend (ISO 1519), cross-cut adhesion (ISO 2409), pencil hardness (ISO 15184), humidity (ISO 6270-1), neutral salt spray (ISO 9227) and xenon-arc weathering (ISO 16474-2), together with particle-size, heavy-metal and organotin analysis. Accreditation by CNAS, a signatory to the ILAC MRA, means the listed capabilities are assessed to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. See manufacturing & quality.

Is WANAN's IATF 16949 certificate current?

Yes. CQC registered the certificate on 23 December 2025 with expiry on 22 December 2028 (IATF No. 0592990, CQC No. 2025A00073). Its validity can be checked at iatfglobaloversight.org. The scope is the design and manufacturing of thermosetting powder coating with no permitted exclusions.

Were the ISO certificates renewed in 2025?

Yes. QAC issued the current ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates on 6 August 2025 after a recertification audit on 28–31 July 2025; they are valid to 7 August 2028 subject to annual surveillance audits. Certificate numbers are 00625Q30840R9M, 00625E30707R2M and 00625S30598R2M and can be verified at qac.com.cn and cnca.gov.cn.

Can the CNAS laboratory issue test reports for our project?

Yes, within the accredited scope listed in the CNAS L15415 annex. WANAN's laboratory tests trial panels and production samples for adhesion, impact, bend, humidity, salt spray and weathering and issues the data for customer qualification files. Tests outside the annex or required by a specific project standard are arranged with third-party laboratories.
