Low-temperature-cure and MDF grades are available for heat-sensitive assemblies and fibreboard furniture; decorative textures, bonded metallics and heat-transfer base coats are approved on colour panels.

Frequently asked questions
Should indoor and outdoor furniture use the same powder?
Not usually. E series epoxy gives dense, economical protection indoors but chalks under UV. Outdoor furniture, lighting and fencing should use a weather-resistant polyester — P480 for moderate exposure, P720 or P1680 where humidity or salt is high. Matching the series to the product's real environment avoids both over-specification and premature failure.
Does WANAN supply textured and heat-transfer finishes for furniture?
Yes. Smooth, sand-texture, wrinkle, bonded-metallic and heat-transfer (wood-grain sublimation) base coats are available for furniture, doors, lighting and building products. Effect finishes are more sensitive to film build and gun settings than smooth colours, so WANAN supplies colour panels sprayed under production-like conditions for approval before an order.
Can WANAN coat MDF furniture parts?
WANAN produces MDF-specific powder grades for medium-density fibreboard furniture and panels. MDF requires board with controlled moisture and conductivity, a preheat step and a cure schedule adapted to the board, so the grade, process window and trial plan are proposed per project rather than taken from the metal-substrate TDS values.
